XUD

XUD is a feature rich user account database and membership system that is the common part that brings together and integrates the rest of the XCENT web server application suite. XUD provides a centralized place to maintain user accounts, provide billing for "pay-for" features of your site, protect your own site content and more. Users have a single and centralized login for all of the features offered by any of the installed XCENT web server applications that you have installed on your site.

Requirements

  • Microsoft IIS 4.0 or later Web Server: Windows 2003 Server, Windows 2000 Server, Windows NT 4.0 with Option Pack 1: (Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) is the default web server for Microsoft Windows servers. Some versions of Windows Server may need to have certain components updated to the most recent version (freely available from Microsoft)).
  • Database: Microsoft JET database file (MDB) or Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 or later (Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) and the related Active Data Objects (ADO) libraries and drivers may need to be updated to the most recent version. Version 2.5 or later of MDAC is recommended and is available for free download from Microsoft.)
