If you will be using xcDirectory Pro Edition be sure to download a copy of the XUD documention. This document covers just the directory management system of xcDirectory. If using xcDirectory Pro Edition, then the XUD documentation is used to cover the user management and billing features of the system.

If you encounter any difficulty downloading a file, you might want to try one of the following options to get the files
to download through your browser.
- RIGHT-CLICK and select the SAVE TARGET AS or the SAVE AS option.
- Hold down CONTROL and RIGHT-CLICK and select the SAVE TARGET AS or the SAVE AS option.
- If you are downloading a PDF document over a slow connection, the document may take a while to download before you see it appear
in your browser window.
- If you have a download manager or a program like ZoneAlarm installed, try disabling it temporarily until the download completes.
