Cascading Style Sheets
Cascading Style Sheets, normally referred to as CSS, is a standard for specifying the appearance of text or other visual elements on a display or page. CSS is primarily used with HTML in web pages to control the display and layout of information. CSS allows a web designer to define how certain elements will be displayed and have that design shown in a consistent manner throughout a site. It helps to separate the design of a site from the written content or from the web software developer.
