Question I have configured the software to use Authorize.Net for my gateway, but my transactions do not appear to be going through.

...or...

The Authorize.Net gateway keeps returning the following description for all my transactions which are failing.

This account has not been given permission(s) required for this request.

Answer The Authorize.Net module utilizes the AIM integration method for communicating with the Authorize.Net gateway. Accounts that were setup prior to utilizing the "Transaction Key" feature in AIM, will continue to work with older versions of the Authorize.Net module (versions prior to 1.1.6). Accounts that have the "Transaction Key" defined for the account, must use a newer version of the module which you can request from support for use with an older installation (version 1.1.6 or newer). Once the updated module is installed, login to the XUD administrator and go to the TOOLS menu and select EDIT DB PARAMS. Add a new entry for OPMERCHACCOUNT and set the value to your Authorize.Net Transaction Key. Then DELETE the setting for OPMERCHPASSWORD.
