What is the iTransact Online Processing Module?

This is a module used by XCENT web server applications to communicate with the iTransact merchant processing gateway. Using this module, your web server can connect directly to the iTransact servers and perform billing transactions securely via the internet. This module requires an installed HTTP Component and the Microsoft XML parsing engine to be installed on your web server. All current Microsoft IIS servers come with the required components installed by default. Older versions of Windows Server (NT 4.0) simply require additional Microsoft supplied updates to be installed.
Important Note: This module uses the iTransact XML Connection Method and this option must be enabled in your iTransact account. Please contact your iTransact representative for assistance on how to enable the XML Connection Method for your account.
