Mail Item to a Friend
Question I am getting one of the following errors. What should I do?

msxml3.dll (0x80070005)
Access is denied.

Access is denied.
Answer This error can occur in a few places. This can happen in xcAuction or xcClassified when posting a new listing and the application does not have correct filesystem permissions on the folder it is installed in. The application must be able to write files to the folder it is installed in on the web server. For more specific details on filesystem permissions, see FAQ Article #390.
