Question Every time I try to enter HTML code within my item description, it doesn't appear to be working properly to change the fonts and colors. Why isn't it working the way I expect it to?

Answer If HTML tags are not working when you enter items, it is probably because they have been blocked within the system. XcAuction, XcClassified and XcDirectory allow you as the admin to control the HTML tags that you want to allow users to be able to use within their item titles and descriptions. To make any changes to which tags are allowed on your site, you just need to edit the DirtyHTMLTags text file for the application. This file specifies the HTML tags that are not allowed. You can edit this file by logging into the admin area and then selecting the System Templates option of the Config & Templates menu. In order to allow users to be able to enter a specific tag, you just need to remove it from this list and then save your changes.
