Question I did not receive a download key or registration code for XUD with my purchase. Can you please send one?
Answer XUD, which is our user management and billing system, is included within the zip files for integrated applications in which it is used. This includes XcAuction, XcClassified, XcDirectory Pro Edition and XcNews Plus. The XUD database information is included in the Data folder and the XUD files themselves are included in the Membership folder.

We do not currently issue separate registration codes for XUD. To log into the XUD admin area for the first time, you can use the registration code that you were given for any of the applications listed above.

Note: If you are using more than 1 application that integrates with XUD, you only need to upload 1 copy of the Membership folder to your site. Also, all integrated applications should share the same database.
