Question When I try to use the change my configuration settings online, I get this message:

Attention Your server is not properly configured to use the online configuration editing feature. Please consult your documentation for more information on how to correctly set up your web server to use this feature.
Answer This message indicates that the file system permissions on your web server are not sufficient to use certain functionalities offered by our products. You will need to update your permissions in order to use any of the online configuration or editing options- if your site is hosted by an ISP, this is typically something you will have to ask them to do for you.
