How can I leave ratings and feedback on a bidder or auctioneer?

You cannot leave feedback on a user unless you have participated in an auction with them. There are a couple ways to do this. The easiest is to just view the auction once it has ended. When an auction has ended, you will see the links to leave feedback on a user, next to the Seller/Bidder name.
If you view someone’s rating/feedback, there is a link called "Add Your Feedback" on the top of the ratings list. If you click that link, you will be able to leave feedback on the user. However, you must know the auction number of the auction you participated in to be eligible to leave feedback on another user.
This helps to prevent someone from leaving bogus good (or bad) feedback on another user, since both users involved, must have participated in the auction.
