Question My site seems to have stopped responding! Some pages work fine, but any ASP pages will not come up at all. It seems like any static HTML pages are fine, but none of the ASP pages will function.
Answer If Norton AntiVirus was recently installed or updated on the web server, it is possible it could be interfering. Norton AntiVirus now has a feature called Script Blocking. This feature of Norton AntiVirus is not appropriate for IIS servers and prevents ASP pages from executing. This is meant for desktop systems only. To use Norton AntiVirus on the IIS server, the Script Blocking feature must be turned off. Once it is turned off, your ASP pages should function normally.
