Question The changes I make to my configuration do not seem to take effect. I sometimes get an error when trying to save my configuration settings. Am I doing something wrong?

Answer If the application cannot save any changes, then this would be caused by incorrect file system permissions on your web server. In order for the configuration features, and various other features, to work correctly, the web server’s anonymous user account must have the proper permissions on the web server.
