Question My site is displaying an error when I do certain things but cannot find the error message in the FAQ database.

The page cannot be displayed

HTTP 500 - Internal server error
Answer Your browser is probably disguising the true error message that is being returned by your web server. This is typical of Internet Explorer.

If you have Internet Explorer 5.x or later:

Go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options.

Click the Advanced tab.

Scroll down until you see "Show friendly HTTP error messages". Make sure there is no checkmark in the box.
