I am a web developer and I want to use XCENT's programs on my client's sites. Am I allowed to buy one copy and resell that to my clients?

Yes, web developers and designers are a major part of whom we try to design our web server applications for so that they can use them as solutions for their own clients. There is no limitation on transferring your license to your client and you are free to do so without any further restrictions from us. Once you transfer your license to your client or any other third-party, you no longer have any license to use the application yourself nor the right to transfer another copy to any further parties. This means you may not resell multiple copies from a single license. Only 100% total interest and claim to a license may be transferred to another party.
When a license is transferred, you should notify XCENT with the updated license registration information, so that we may correctly issue updates to the correct license holder.
