Question I get the following error:

Arguments are of the wrong type, are out of acceptable range, or are in conflict with one another.
Answer Make sure the file ADOVBS.INC is not corrupted by re-installing it from the original ZIP file.

If this file seems to be OK, then make sure you have the Microsoft Data Access Component 2.5 or later installed. If you have just installed it and started receiving this error, re-install it and be sure to re-boot the web server after the install is complete. The Microsoft MDAC 2.5 (or later) can be downloaded directly from the Microsoft web site at www.microsoft.com/data/.
