I have edited the HTML template, but now everything is appearing at the bottom of the page.

You might have not properly setup the tag that tells the scripts where to place their output within the HTML template file. Make sure you have placed the macro %CONTENT% exactly where you want the output from the application to appear. There should be no spaces or breaks in the tag. If you are using Microsoft FrontPage (or other HTML authoring tool), FrontPage might have changed the formatting or spacing of the tag and you will need to manually fix it by using a plain text editor (like NOTEPAD).
