The online FAQ database contains hundreds of answers to frequently asked questions, articles on using our web server applications and other related technologies, and resolutions to common problems. If you are seeing an error message, be sure to try searching on the error message or error number that you are seeing.

Question Do you have a PHP version of your scripts for Linux, Unix or other non-IIS platforms?

Answer Currently we do not have any PHP based products. All of our web server applications are ASP based and must be run on a Microsoft Windows IIS webserver. Currently this means that the web server hosting our applications must be running on Windows Server only. This includes Windows NT 4.0 Server (with Option Pack 1 installed), Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2003 Server and later.

We hope to be able to support other platforms in the future. As we migrate all of our web server applications to ASP.NET, future versions may be supported on Unix/Linux servers under the software provided by the MONO project or other alternatives.
