The online FAQ database contains hundreds of answers to frequently asked questions, articles on using our web server applications and other related technologies, and resolutions to common problems. If you are seeing an error message, be sure to try searching on the error message or error number that you are seeing.

Question I ran the check version function in my administrator menu and it shows that an update is available. How do I get the update?

Answer When XCENT releases updates to our products, we notify all registered users by Email. If it is a minor release update (i.e. you are a registered 2.x user and we have another 2.x release), the update is free and we will send you a key to download it. If you did not receive this Email, it is probably because the Email address we have on file for you is out of date. Please contact XCENT and let us know your new information.

If you have one of the Free applictions and you see that an update is available in the Check Version page, you can download the newest version from the following location on the XCENT website: http://www.xcent.com/Downloads/.
