Question I noticed that when I have someone register as a new user, sometimes my administrator email account receives the notification message, sometimes it doesn't. What's going on?

Answer There are some special administrator notification messages are only sent under certain conditions. For example, when you first configure the system and have opted to receive notifications of new user registrations, the first time a new user registers your admin email address will be sent a notification message that a new user has registered. You will not receive any further new user notification emails until you login to the administrator interface. This prevents your admin email account from filling up with redundant email messages. If twenty users register before you can process new user registrations, you certainly do not want to see twenty duplicate email messages telling you that a new user has registered.

After you have logged in as administrator, the system will now again send you another administrative email message as soon as the next new user registers.
